Ashnfara Judy – Founder
ashnfara.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Far has been making games since childhood, creating his first game in HyperCard at the age of four. By his teens he was designing games, mods, websites, digital art, music and animations. He began to developed the broad range of skills needed to build games from concept to completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His career began in digital advertising, producing graphics and video for national television campaigns before studying Fine Arts at Virginia Commonwealth University. There he received a grant to develop an experimental game exploring collaborative storytelling between players and designers, and later helped create immersive educational software for the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After moving to Pittsburgh, he became Lead Game Developer at V-teractive, where he created Questyinz<\/em>, an award-winning summer reading game that helped reduce literacy loss for thousands of children through a partnership with the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County Library Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He later spent more than a decade as Lead Game Developer at Lincoln Learning Solutions, where he helped transform the studio’s artistic, technical, and instructional approach to educational game development, leading a transition to Unity and significantly expanding the company’s game production capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
